The basic rules for using Gift Proof

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Gift Proof, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Gift Proof is a gift planning and reminder tool. It helps users track people, occasions, gift ideas, wishlist submissions, reminders, and related planning information. Gift Proof is not a marketplace, payment processor, or retailer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You may use supported sign-in methods such as Apple, Google, or email-based authentication where available.

4. User content

You keep ownership of content you enter into Gift Proof, including:

• Contact details, occasion details, and personal notes.
• Gift titles, links, prices, store references, photos, and statuses.
• Wishlist messages and submissions shared through the app.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have rights to upload or share it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Gift Proof. This includes not:

• Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Attempting to break, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Uploading malicious files, harmful content, or unauthorized personal data.
• Using wishlist or sharing features to spam or harass others.

6. Premium features and subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and restoration are handled through Apple App Store, Google Play, and related billing providers according to their rules and your purchase settings.

7. External links and third-party services

Gift Proof may store or display links to third-party stores, products, and services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or privacy practices of third-party destinations.

8. Reminder and data availability limits

Gift Proof aims to help you stay ahead, but reminders, syncing, and wishlist delivery may depend on device settings, permissions, third-party systems, connectivity, and app store infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Gift Proof if needed to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account if one exists.

10. Disclaimer

Gift Proof is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

11. Limitation of liability
